Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries based upon the frequency selected. There is no minimum period to stay in the subscription plan you choose and it will continue billing and delivering until you cancel it.  You will receive a reminder email before each order is due to be billed and shipped.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation email has your order ID and you can manage your subscriptions by logging into your store account (note - if you completed checkout as a guest, please create a store account using the same email address as used with your order to see your order history). Please contact us if you need any further assistance or would like us to make subscription amends for you.
